Title: Setting up spindle control does M3 and M4 change dir pin

Ok new with MACH 3 and trying to connect a cnc4pc C11G Bob to my X2 mill. So I am going to setup pin 14 as the step pin per G11G manual. So I would like use the dir pin to control a relay to change direction of the motor .
My question is if I issue M3 or M4 command will one command make for pin high and one low?

declare your out here, and do the Setup (port/pin) for the Output.
