Hi Folks,

Some functions (such as search and link re-directs, etc.) may be a little cranky or broken until it is all sorted :'(

Many posts are being re-posted due to the Search function being broken. Search should not be concerned with layout of DB. Advanced Search should search all threads. Search should search all threads in current topic.
A little cranky is a misnomer, Broken is accurate.

(The Search facility has been down for more than 4 weeks now so it may be even more serious than 'K')

if you just have a look where this New Forum Thread is placed:
Mach4 General Discussion -> New Forum!
you can think about, where the road is going too.
--> keep this Mach3 users out!
i am realy sad that all this mach3 knowledge will got lost, because a Forum without working search
function is just ridiculous.

PLEASE fix the search function, even if temporary! I am hamstrung without it. I paid for a product and I expect to be able to use it to its full extent. Trying to code lua scripts without being able to find examples on the forum is just ridiculous.

I went to that location, and the link to the help desk (under Free Email Support) doesn't work either. I get "waiting for support.machsupport.com" indefinitely. Shall I use the "contact-us" page instead?

By all means please try the 'Contact Us' page.
(I have just tried the 'Free Email Support' page and can confirm that the link is no longer working correctly for me either).

It took a while (and some) to complete but I think the new-look forum is just great.
My congrats to all those involved in resolving the Search function and other issues.
