I agree, I'm currently rebuilding a cnc mill and deciding what control hardware and software to use. I was recommended Mach 4 and had a bit of a play with it and Mach3. BUT the website is full of dead links and the support forum has been broken for over a month. Not exactly confidence inspiring that a software company can't configure software. ???

I find it strange that no one from Artsoft / NFS has bothered to reply or provide some form of explanation.

If noone provides any kind of explanation, it looks that they outsorced web design to someone who is not qualified enough to put all "bricks" together.

Requests have been made to have the search function fixed and Artsoft knows about the problem.
It IS concerning that they don't even give a response.

When Artsoft does not reply on a major issue, it makes users feel like the business is starting to forget who the customer is,
we would appreciate it, if you could just spend a minute or two with a response.
