Title: Rapid Jog (Shift) not working.

Hello Everyone,

I have just transferred my ESS profile and Mach 3 to a new PC and Windows 7. Everything is working okay, other than that the rapid jog when pressing the shift key is not working. I have the slow jog set to 5.0%.
