Title: FTP site access

Hi,
I have not been able to access the Mach4 FTP website for some time with Microsoft Edge or Microsoft Explorer?
Has anyone been able to access it?

Both MS Edge and Chrome are working fine for me.

no go here as well

tried safari, chrome  and edge

I think its been locked down to devs who have a ftp server urid

DAZ and tweakie may both have one

it will not connect as guest just times out, put your account urid in and it just times out

so for the great unwashed it would seem to be a no go unless Newfangled relent and open it back up

as the FTP link on the download page fills the url as a guest it will fail if they do not want us to see the contents then why not remove the links and reference to the FTP site

so I have tried on a iMac and winds laptop Both with the same result

its great when Warp9 put up a new plugin 222 and state compiled against 3835 but all I can get is 3804

I will be interested in comments

I'm no developer and I have no problems to access ftp-server of machsupport.
Ah - I use firefox from linux os

Tracked it down darned ISP virgin in the UK

Used my phone as a hot spot and all is working  >:D

The only thing I have in my link to the ftp is

did some more digging it turns out that virginmedia had installed web safe nanny software , so that's been disabled now all is sweetness and light , and behold the FTP server is now able to be viewed

so any UK virginmedia customers check your web safe setting if you nee FTP access Tony site

Hi,
I did though testing with a number of operating systems though my main firewall and via wireless as well as IPV4 and IPV6 DNS's of many types.
It comes down to the ISP in my case Telstra same as Stuart.

with an nslookup
Name:    ftp://anonymous:guest@ftp.machsupport.com
Addresses:  2001:8002:e32:f002::f5ff
But same issue not accessible and I cannot ping it.

Hi,
After more than two months of no Mach4 FTP now the FTP works?
Not sure what has changed, nothing on my side, ISP change?
