Title: MACH 4 WITH HICON INTEGRA AND G CODE AXIS SPINDLE THREADING STOPS ON G32
Post by: CLIFFORD on July 16, 2018, 09:58:50 PM
Using hicon integra 7766 on desktop lathe with gcode axis spindle "ac servo motor spindle", everything with mach4 turn works perfectly until I try threading. On g32 line program stops, and the spindle just runs at commanded speed with tool waiting at start point. The debug window says "THREADING MOVE DETECTED WAITING FOR FIFO EMPTY"

For an experiment I switched gcode axis spindle to analog 0-10 v. The program will execute with this improper setting, but  as expected feed and speed is then out of sync.
