Title: New Version of MachProfile

I release version 3.02 of MachProfile. Fixed:"Show params" didn't show parameters.

Features:

it shows the profile parameters
compares 2 profiles
Checks the port and pin settings
Saves and restores params
shows / prints Motor / axis pin assignments, used pins, input pins, output pins, encoder / MPG pins
shows / prints  the settings in kind of screenshots of Mach3 dialogs

Your Mach Profile is something I have never tried but I will now. Thanks Klaus for all your excellent work.
