When I reboot my computer mach 3 will move my router normal for about 15 seconds. Then it stops moving. motors make noise but little or no movement.

Hi,
going to need a lot more info than that before anyone could make a guess.
What PC do you have?
What OS is installed, especially is it 32 bit or 64 bit?
What is your motion controller....parallel port or UC100 or Smoothstepper or....?
If its a parallel port machine what does DriverTest.exe reveal, and I mean a screen shot not some meaningless 'excellent' or 'pulsing to fast'?

Windows XP
64 Bit
Pulse frequency drops from 29000 to 1000 and is erratic after that. When the pulse frequency drops the motors stop working.

Hi,
the parallel port driver won't work on 64 bit.
What external motion controller are you using?

Must be 32 then. It has worked for years.
-
Hi,
you could try loading the port driver anew. You'd have to use the control panel to dig out the old driver and
then install anew.

Hi,
have you loaded any new programs recently? Maybe one of them is stuffing up the parallel port driver.

No new programs.

Is it possible the problem is with my power supply? I believe that just went out on me.

Sounds like a reasonable assumption. Perhaps check the power supply output with a multimeter to confirm.
Tweakie.

It was the power supply. Got a new one, installed it, a few tweaks to Mach3 and it works great.
