Title: G90/G91 State Abnormal Condition

I am so new at this one hell of a learning curve, My one motor on the Y AXIS is what I call binding I can turn it to the + just so far and it stops. same for the - AXIS then I get a Code G90, G91 State , also when I turn the controller on the Y motor makes a loud banging noise ( just once). I have removed the motor as I needed to know if the motor was at fault for grinding to a halt or is it the NuT and screw jamming which they are not.

Seems I have the mess fixed, found a button that reset the Mach3 my Y AXIS is as smooth a ____________________

I agree with you, it's really unusual. I want to know what happened from the cause.
