Problem zeroing Z-axis before start to cut

I was using mach3 with ethernet smoothstepper and sheet cam for more than year. The machine that I bought was pre installed with every programs and settings that are needed. Five days ago my HDD die, so I lost every settings, I manage to configure almost everything ( I am total newbie), but still have one problem to run my machine like before. I am using Mach3 THC with scrber post processor(edited to use G31 for probe), so when I run G-code my floating head should dive until torch touch the plate (in that point switch is loosed ) and than torch should go up, but instead keep moving down. In the diagnostic " digitize " is turning on, when switch is relisted, I know that I am missing something in Mach3, but for the last tree days, I can't figure out, what. I setup pins and ports for X,Y,Z,  input - Estop, probe, output - output1 for torch, setup step per, velocity acceleration, turn on negative homing for x,y
