So... 5 Chinese boards removed & one Integra Installed. Few problems;
I was hoping to get the spindle encoder (Heidenhain ROD426 512) to govern the spindle speed. I Set M3 S300 and get 324 give or take 3. Equally high, by varying amounts up to 5000rpm.
It could be by chance that I'm set up correctly, but wondered whether I might have gotten closer if all was set up correctly?
FYI - The VFD is Analogue 0-10v & it's a Delta VFD-M. It's a virgin 7766 with no addons.
