Hi All-
A few days ago I posted asking for help with Mach3 and my router. I am neither an operator or the person who built the router, and due to some unfortunate circumstances, I was in a serious lurch. Rich responded to my post and we made an time that we could be on the phone together in front of the router. He called right on time and proceeded to guide us through getting the router and software right again. His knowledge of the software is amazing, he started at the top and narrowed it down to the problem and now the router is fully functioning. He also so had some excellent advise to pass along.

Thought you were going to say "Rich is the man that owns a CNC". Yes Rich does help out a lot of of people.
