Title: No Bug Fix For Angle Of Rotation G68 With Reverse Run ?

As topic shown, after rotate the toolpath , reverse run will make machine go somewhere , no fix anymore ?

There are a number of functions (dependent on the particular version of Mach3 being used) that do not operate as expected when G68 is in operation.
As future development of Mach3 has ceased in favor of Mach4 it is unlikely that a direct 'fix' will be available.

The real answer, imho, is   Don't use Reverse Run.
It never worked all that well, and was a really bad idea.
