Title: Jogging bug one axis moves others
Post by: a3dcreator on June 03, 2017, 05:20:47 PM
I recently upgraded my hicon integra to closed loop. I also had to upgrade the vsi device and mach4 in order for closed loop to work.
But jogging does not work anymore. Everytime i move one axis some other axis gets commanded positions. Its very frustrating cause i cant set up my jobs. They are very small increments to. I'll move the y and z increments randomly by like 1 yhousands of an inch. Sometimes more. I can see the commanded positions in the Hicon diagnostics to.

When i command the machine through gcode or the mdi. Everything is perfect and glorious. Has anyone else experienced these jogging issues? Im getting kind of desperate to resolve this.

what is the motion threshhold value in each axis setting?  try set it to 1 or 2.

config > plugin > hicon > axis config windows

we can also do remote login on Monday to try to sort out the issue.  please message to support email address.
