Title: Mach3 and Sunfar E300 Inverter everything works except the Router which will NOT

If I Turn on Mach3, everything connects to my CNC, the three X, Y and Z all work, but the Router moter refuses to start.

I live in the Bristol area of the UK, and am seeking an Engineer (Hobby type) to sort out my problem.
Can anyone direct me to such and engineer.
