When I import g-code from lazy cam to mach3 mill, mach3 mill imports approximately 25% of the data. A 12"x12" object in lazy cam comes in as a 3"x3" corner of the original data. I find nothing in the manual that talks about how to control this.

If you are running Mach3 Mill in Demo mode then there is a 500 line limit to the Gcode that can be displayed and run.
Purchasing a license will remove this limitation. http://www.machsupport.com/shop/mach3/
Tweakie.

No, I am running full licensed version.

On Lazycam under the tabs “Extents” and “Layers” have you filled all the fields properly?
-
As near as I can tell, all fields are larger than the part I am trying to make.
-
I am realizing MaxX and MaxY in the lazycam extents tab are smaller than my part yet I cannot change the values to their correct values.
-
Lazycam is an excellent and free software to learn the basics before spending money on expensive CAD software. To output your Lazycam program to Mach3, you select from the top Menus “Output” and then select “Post gCode”.

I think I may be on to something, I am using version LazyCam 3.00.2 and on the extents tab there is no MinY field, but there are two MinX fields.

Update: it appears I had a faulty install of lazy cam, now data imports to mach3 correct size. Now it appears my data is rotated about an axis, when I simulate the run the tool does not follow the linework on the screen.
