Title: DEMO MODE - ISSUE WITH COUNTS PER UNIT
Post by: edwinchen78 on February 20, 2017, 10:47:24 AM
Hi There,

I am currently testing my motors with Resolution of 500 Pulse/Rev for both X-Axis and Y-Axis. Y-Axis have a slave motor tied to it. I am using the demo version.

Its direct rack and pinion drive with spur gear travel 100mm in axis per revolution. The Counts per unit keyed in for both axis is 10 for all 3 motors.

My issue is when i try to run G0 X100 in MDI, the X-Axis does not turn full one revolution. It only runs half revolution.

The Y-Axis is spot on.

Please advice. Thanks.
