Title: event driven serial control and modbus
Post by: krisverheyen on June 11, 2007, 08:43:11 AM
Hello,
I need to use both modbus and event driven serial control (port & pins config)
However if i switch on the serial function, the modbus is disabled, even tough there ports are set up different.
Is this normal? (then i have a problem) or has it never been detected. i'm using Mach 3 version 2.0.0.17
anyone?

Kris.

Well eh,
at least i can say that i'm a pioneer !  ;D
a statue is perhaps exaggerated  :D

enough foolishness.
I really hope this one is solvable.
I asked you a question about modbus over TCP last year, if ther's any progress in this area, that would also solve the problem.
Hope to here from you soon.
Regards,
Kris

Hello Art or Brian,
Did you had a chance to discuss this problem yet?
I'm stuck at the moment.
Thank you
