Title: New to Mach3, new 4x8 table, would like some help getting it setup, USA

I am new to Mach3 and CNC Routing. I would like to pay someone to help me setup the system.

I have most everything working but have questions on the following.

Spindle speed does not seem to be correct, it should be 24K, but only goes to 4 or 5K, from the DRO's

I have a smooth stepper controller, and a 3.2KW water cooled spindle

I have x,y,z set, but would like help with tuning them for better performance.

I would like advice on Work holding ideas, and would like to surface the spoil board, and create a part.

I can work anytime day or night.
