Title: Odd action

My machine is acting up at the end of the file or a tool change. It lifts up like it should but the just drives straight down till the spendle presses to the board and i have to hit the e stop. It only dose this on eof or tool chnge.

Correction its when ever it hits the g28 code for homing.

G28 is return to Home position so it will depend on your machine hardware as to why it goes there.
Likely you do not have Home switches and the machine coords are zeroed at the lowest level of Z and thus the G28 is telling Mach to send the Z axis to the lowest position.
