Title: led with a lua script created panel?

Is the a way to create a led to toggle on off
from a lua panel that is being created thought a script and called with a button in mach?.

I have the panel setup and working with input from DRO's  but I would like to have a LED
on the panel that can go red to green when a pin is toggled or a keyboard key hit, is
this possible? Haven't had much luck getting it going..
