Title: Why won't they send me my license?

Hi,
I have paid for a mach3 license using paypal and received an e-mail confirming that the order was complete, however I did not receive a license file yet. I went to the "manage my account" page and clicked the "Resend license" button and it reported that the license was resent. I did not receive it. I did the "Resend license" thing twice but I never received any e-mail. What do I have to do to get my license file?

I think my one took a day or so to arrive

You may also need to check your Junk/Spam folder to make sure it didn't get put there.

IIRC Mach 3 licenses are generated manually, so they take a day or two to be processed.

Have you checked that they have your RIGHT email address?
Have you looked in your spam filter bin?
