Hi,
I am getting the following error displaying in the Mach3 Turn Wizard - *** Roughing Cut = 0 *****.
This started when I tried using the wizard to do some turning. No matter what I do it will not disappear, even closing the program and restarting the computer does not help.
Any thoughts from any one?

Sounds like you have the roughing cut depth set to zero.

Yes, I would agree :) The only problem is I cannot change the value in the roughing cut depth box. I enter a value, press enter and then the value disappears and goes back to 0.
-
Can you enter values into the other boxes ok?
-
Thank you for your help.
I cannot get values in to Roughing Cut Depth and Finish Feedrate boxes on the OD turning Wizard.
-
All the rest are Ok? strange, maybe a corrupt wizard screenset.
Can you zip and attach the Turn Addons folder and I will take a look. You will find it in the main Mach3 folder.

See attachment. Thanks :)
All the rest are ok. The other wizards work fine.

Ok is it the OD Turning one? Seems fine for me using your addons.

It is the OD turning / OD fillet wizard that causes the issue. ???

Not sure where the problem could be then as I used the wizards you attached and could enter values in no problem.
The code produced does seem to have issues with the arcs but that is likely because I have tools set as rear toolpost in the tool table.
Unlikely to be your keyboard if you can enter values in to the other DROs, so afraid I do not really know what to suggest.
I have altered a couple of the wizards for my Lathe but not sure if they would work for your setup, likely I reversed the arcs, I also have set Z clearances and tool change DROs etc so it looks a lot more complex.
I have attached them if you want to give it a try, just unzip into the addons folder and when you load the wizards you should see Turning, which is yours and Turning1 which is mine.

Thank you Hood, I will give them a try this evening.
Bizarre error... I am at the point of uninstalling and reinstalling.

Hmm............... just fooled with the wizard and got the same error and "seemed" stuck.
Try just changing some values in the other DRO's and click the Post Code.
Don't have any other suggestions,
