Title: mach3 and gecko 540 motor problem

Hello, I just switched over from torchmate system to Mach3 with Gecko540  and I can't get my motors to move. When I hit the arrow keys I see the the numbers on the Mach3 screen move but the motors don't do anything.

OK so what I have done is take my system to work where we have the exact same setup and I installed my control box on to the system at work and everything work great. X,Y &Z all functioned properly. That is using my work Mach 3 computer and motors. Then I installed my motors and they turned sometime and but not every time although they did flicker back and forth when they did not turn. So I then matched all mach 3 setting from my work computer to my personal computer and I still can't get the my motors or work motors to turn when using my personal Mach3 computer. Any Ideas what could be the problem.
