Title: C23 BOB via Mach3 analog output
Post by: Sweeney on March 16, 2016, 02:20:52 PM
I'm setting up my C23 BOB controlled by Mach to operate the 0-10v analog output which will control the speed of my VFD...and it does.  The problem is I cannot get the analog output to produce over about 6.5v.  I can control the VFD but, through higher mathematics, I can only realize 65% of my max speed as evidenced by the frequency display (of about 75Hz) on the VFD.  I've messed with the spindle motor tuning every which way to no avail.

Yes, I do have 12v  feeding the analog system.

Any thoughts?

Cheers!

Got it!  Not sure how...but it is now functioning.  Now to get the relays to wake up.
