I upgraded from 2872 early this morning after a couple hours run. Started Mach and had troubles with homing, backing off the limit switch. (I'm using ESS, +- and home one switch). Axis override wouldn't work so I had to take the L bracket off to disable the switch, which is the easiest way. These problems seem to have been fixed since 2803. All previous versions it would happen now and again. I know the homing is controlled by the ESS, but I had no problems with 2872. Went back to 2872, no more problems. I'm not looking for help, just a warning to others.

I've noticed with this version that a number of properties are missing for tabs:

Text Color
Text Active Color
Tab Color
Tab Active Color

These no longer appear in the screen editor, nor do existing settings for them work. All were present and functional in 2872. I rather liked being able to set the Tab Active Color, and wondered whether the omission was intentional.

Those properties are available with an Industrial or Expert license.  If in demo mode or Hobby license, they are not available.  If you have an industrial or Expert license, there is a checkbox in the General tab of the Mach config labeled "Use Advanced GUI Controls?" that enables or disables these properties as well.

OK, thanks Steve.  I currently only have a Hobby licence, so it's  odd that they were available in 2872.
