Title: DDSM6V5.0 + DDREAM mach3 manual control box

Purchased these two items.  The manual control box seemed like much easier way to control 4 axis small mill I have.  Works Great in jog.  When I execute a G code program, it begins OK.  At a random G code block, X or Y or both, will slowly begin jogging while program continues to execute.  Must RESET to avoid a wreck.  It like the DDSM6 is requesting a jog at same time the G code continues to execute.  PC is Gateway notebook LT400u running Windows 7 pro.  No other USB ports in use.  I go into Windows  CONTROL PANEL and SERVICES; STOP all auto update services.  Same fault.

ANY HELP OR THOUGHTS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Purchased Mach4  rev 66 about year ago and a SMART STEPPER which was working great.  I removed DDSM6 and reconnected SMART STEPPER.  Mill runs perfectly, but harder to use without manual control box.
