I have watched hours of video and scoured the internet for help....
I have followed many tutorials to set up my cnc... Problem is, the DRO shows movement on all axis', the driver board flashes when the DRO shows movement. I have no action at my motor.
1. Any ideas on possible problems?
2. What voltage should the board be putting out to the motoe when it is jogging? Other ways to test this?

Do the motors lock up when power is supplied to the driver board?
-
No lock up. I'll verify that again later. Nothing on the mutimeter when the board is flashing either
-
If the motors don't lock up, then the drives aren't working. Do they require an enable signal?
-
the board requires 5v , I measured at 4.5v. Is this difference enough to be the problem? I'm using the USB for this power
I'm only testing Z
4 inputs from the BOB to the st 330 driver board

Maybe this attachment will help?

I figured it out. I didn't have enable checked
