I'm having a strange problem with mach3. Sometimes while my gcode is running, the feed rate will change to some random value for one line without the code telling it to. It seems to happen the most with G2 lines, although I'm pretty sure I saw it happen on a G1 as well. It's hard to tell, because the feedrate is jumping to a very high number, and the moves are short since my part is small. Once I figured out what was happening, I stopped the machine, and ran the code again cutting air. In one test the feed rate was jumping to 6507mm/min. The next time I ran it, it was jumping to 7600mm/min. This jump happens several times randomly throughout the file going to the same crazy feed rate each time, but restarting the program changes the number it jumps to. I thought that maybe forcing the post to put the feed rate on every line would help. It did not fix the problem, but I managed to get a screenshot of it going to a crazy value during the test. Any idea what is going on here? I can't really use the machine right now, as these jumps will cause it to ruin tools/parts.

Tormach supports their OWN version of Mach3 you really need to talk to them.

Thanks for testing it out. I guess something must just be weird with my computer. I didn't think there was anything crazy in the gcode, but I'm no expert. I'm talking to Tormach now to see if they can help.

As a side question, I was just wondering if you're in Constant Velocity mode or Exact Stop mode.
I see that the Code says F300 but your screenshot at that time shows a feedrate of 5545.02. That's certainly way off!
