Title: Huanyang vsd
Post by: 4lowie on January 27, 2016, 04:36:47 AM
Hi guys
A simple question about the huanyang vsd. I had i setup and running sweet, took the computer of the cnc and had it set up on another machine for a while. I've just hooked it all back up and the vsd turns the spinde on whn it should but only goes up to 7200 rpm when mach3 is telling it to go to 12000 rpm. Also doesn't change speed under mach3,  what setting do i eed to check..... a year ago i knew all these off the top of my head!

Hope someone can help.

Thanks Dave

Hope you find an answer.  I just posted a few hours ago an almost identical problem.  Mach3 turns my spindle on, but will not adjust the speed at all!  The VFD will change speeds if I move the POT, but nothing if flowing from Mach3 to the VFD itself.

I found out what was wrong (in my case...)

It was the way I had my Mach Screen configured, changed the screen to one I'd changed and everything was back to normal.

Not sure if this will help you but might be worth a look....
