Title: Adjusting Homing Switchs also as Limit Switches

Hi to everyone,
I am using right top point of my machine as homing position. As all we know for homing we need 3 limit switches. I also added 3 more switches to opposite directions for security (limiting) and I connect them paralel to emergency stop button. They are working fine. When I press one them, they suddenly stops my machine.
My questions is, how can I adjust my homing limits as the other 3 limit switches ?  my homing switches are not working for security. They are only working for homing. I want to use them also for limit switches like the other 3 limit switches...  But how can I do this adjustment on Mach3 ? Thanks...
