Title: Z-Axis Height Between Parts
Post by: cooter on October 18, 2015, 03:01:33 PM
Hello,

New member, fairly new to mach. Anyway, I am using Mach3 to run a plasma table and Sheetcam to generate my gcode. On thing that I have been unable to figure out is how to set the z-axis (torch height) between parts. If I have multiple parts (or times when the torch stops and moves before restarting) I would like to increase the height when it moves between cuts.

Can anyone tell me where I can set this? Is it in Mach or Sheetcam?

Thanks!

In Sheetcam goto Job Options and on the material page set the SET RAPID HEIGHT to whatever you want it to be.
