Title: One of the Y motors is not running when I reference all home

Right now I am very angry with my CNC machine! When I Reference all home my left side motor is not moving at all. However, when I use the arrow keys to move the y axis the motor runs. I have checked all of the wires, and they're all fully in place. As such, I think it's the code but I have no idea how to fix it. The router was working Tuesday and now I'm confused about why it's not working now. Please help soon!

What CNC machine you are using right now i mean CNC Piranha, Industrial Grade 3x, Othermill Compact or CNC Touch Probe ?

Assuming it's a slaved axis, and you have no Y axis home switch, make sure that "Home Slave with Master" is checked in General Config.
