Hello Yuriy
Yes it is possible,I have 4 of these ,3 presently running, and 1 for future spindle motor.
I have the 200 volt version on a gutted out anilam system, this has a 110 dc power supply
so they work well.

Hello.... after 8 years... :D
So, better late than never... I have to work with AC servos for now... :)
In fact, I have some OSAI OSS-200 drivers and S-4030 motors and - like a big (old) boy - I want to play with them :)
But - as you can easily guess - this play should be managed by Mach3
After some research, I found this UHU servocontroller and I'm wondering if I can find someone with more experience with these devices and who can share his's experience and results, pros/cons reasons etc
thanks,
Seb

Seb,
the UHU has not really taken off, or at least I never see much mention of it here. How well it works I have no idea but I would have thought if it was a good option then it would be widely used.
Personally I would go down the route of external controller that outputs analogue commands, in fact I have with the CSMIO/IP-A and it works very well.
There are others that people use,
Galil
DSPMC
Kflop with Kanalog.
I have no experience of them but they are all widely used by people with Mach and you will find support on these forums for all of them.

Thanks for your input, Hood
I just contacted the guy who sell this device: http://bukovinskygroup.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=29
And he told me this device will do the job
I think I'll order one to test it... :)
