Title: Help with setting up 4 Axis for cutting Foam Wings X X1 Z Z1
Post by: rusticalmond on September 27, 2015, 11:05:40 PM
I have completed most of my CNC build for cutting foam wings with a hot wire cutter.  It would be great if I could get some help on the CNC G-Code software to run my cutter.  Can Mac3 work for me?  Also if so how do I set it up for 4 Axis to cut tapered wings.  Currently I am using the demo version of Mac 3 to test my motors, CNC board, Motors, Motor Driver Boards.  I require X , X1, Y, Y1

This is the link to my build on open builds org.  It shows what my machine will look like.

I have yet to purchase the C-Beam Actuators that the motors will drive to run the wire.
