Hi Amnon,
I'm not sure what you are implying, but using the Override you manually jog the axis' well clear of any of the homing/limit switches (being careful to jog in the proper direction as it will allow you to crash if you jog into the switch) then do a Ref All.

Hope this may help,
Russ

Hi Russ,

Thank's, I wasn't clear enough, my limits and homing are connected in series and using only 1 pin on USB port. When I do a home move, first the axis Z moves up, hits the home switch then stops and does not backoff. I can see switches still active on the Diagnostic page. Auto limit override is on,  I did try the debounce at 2000 ... no Change.
I have breakout board:

Debounce in Mach will have no influence as you have an external controller. Look in the plugin and see if there are any filtering/debounce options.

You seem to be using an older version of Mach, maybe your plugin is incompatible with older versions, that is often the case for external controllers.
Ver 3.043.062  is probably the best one to get, the latest (066) has multiple issues and I would not recommend.
You can find previous Mach versions here ftp://machsupport.com/Mach3/ (ftp://machsupport.com/Mach3/)

If that does not help attach your xml and I will see if I can find an issue in it.

Hi,

Unfortunately no change. Whats more, I separated limit switches from Home switches, when I Ref All Home only Z axis homing without zeroing axis. Strange.

Afraid you are using a pirate licence, that may or may not be contributing to the problem.

Seems you were also supplied with a pirate licence for Mach.

Hi,

I have just changed plugin(I had to separate limit switches from Home sewitches), and homing works fine but when I hit limit switch, push RESET and try move any axis a message shows: Jog function can't be enabled while homing, probing or dwell.

We have the same problem. When I press Ref button, machine moves to limit switch and stops. It won't move back from limit switch and it doesn't reset machine coordinates as well. We are using official Mach3. Also I can't move machine manually after referencing, because the "jog function can't be enabled while homing, probing or dwell" message is displayed.

Problem solved.

- your limit switches have to be NO
- separate limit switches from Home sewitches
