Title: How to change the page title block?

This maybe something that can't be changed. The Mach3 that I'm using has "Mach3 licensed to my name" is there a way to remove the licensed to name? This is the top line of all the pages. When using internet explorer on a web page this information can be viewed by right clicking and "view source". I have not found anywhere I can change the information. Thanks
