Unless you have a MaxNC machine then you should not have that enabled as it sets the pins up to specific numbers and you can not change.
What it does show however is that you have the wrong pins set for your axis.
If you have it working on one computer then just copy the xml from that one to the new one. You will find the xml in the Mach3 folder and it will have the name of the profile you use followed by a .xml file extension. For example if you are using the default Mach3Mill profile the xml will be called Mach3Mill.xml.
If you are unsure of what profile you are using you can open Mach on the original computer and look lower right at the profile name.

If it works with one computer but not the other then either you have some differences in the settings or your port is bad.
If you copy over the xml that will make sure all your settings are the same and will eliminate that being the problem.

On the computer that works, open Mach and look atthe name of the profile (lower right on main page) Close Mach and then look in the Mach3 folder on your computer for a file with that name and a .xml file extension. If your computer is not set up to show file extensions then you can either enable it or just look for a file with the name, there should really only be one.
Once you have found it all you need to do is copy it to something like a USB stick or if you have network connectivity you can transfer via that. Just place it into the Mach3 folder on the other computer overwriting the one that is already there (assuming you are using one of the same name)
When you start Mach your settings should now be back to the way they were on the original computer.

ok i found This directory is used to hold backups of your XMLs as you change them.
If you would like to use one of the backups simply change the files extention to .xml and place it into the Mach3 Directory. how do i change files extention to .xml

Make sure your luber ports are open and are lubing the ways. A quality way lube goes a long way to keep the ways slipperly(;-)

You do not want a backup, you want the one that is currently working. It is not in a folder within the Mach3 folder, it is in the Mach3 folder itself.
If you are using the default Mill profile it will be called Mach3Mill.xml. If you do not see file extensions you can enable them, how will depend on the OS you are using, in W7 open a window such as Computer or Documents. Then go to tool then folder options then view and take the tick out of Hide Extension and you will then see them.
