it is possible with a CS Lab board to be used 3 separate MPG? Does anyone have a MPG WIRING?

I dont think you can, the IP-S/IP-A usually use the MPG module to connect a MPG and it only has input for 1 MPG.
 It may be possible to connect them to normal Inputs on the main control but you would either need 24v MPG's or convert them to 24v. You would then be using the MPG function in Mach itself which is not nearly as nice as the MPG via the CS-Labs MPG module.

What reason do you have for wanting 3 MPGs?
