Title: why do I keep getting this warning

I keep getting this warning everytime I go to use Mach3, can anyone tell me why after I reset I still get it. I'm very new to all this and am having alot of issues trying to get everything to work. I could use all the help I can get. Thanks in advance for any help.

Looks like you either have  the E-Stop set incorrectly or possibly limits.
