Title: bending machine with Mach3 using Cs lab materials with glass scales
Post by: FredMazak on November 24, 2014, 07:01:25 PM
I'd like to rest my metal bending machine with Mach3 using Cs lab materials.

To determine the exact depth (hydraulic cylinders) I thought of a (special kind?) Glass scales to place that provides feedback to Mach3 that the depth is always exactly see link http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o269/bigtoy302/IMG_0561.jpg & http://www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php/topic,13246.50.html

Anyone have an idea how I can fix this and what materials I can use. Or a pokey 57 recommended ...

grtz

I do not really understand what you are asking.
You will be using the scale for feedback but what do you need from that feedback? If it is simply a reading in Mach then that is not a problem, however it sounds like you are wanting to do more ?
