Title: deformed and inside out part??

hi guys,
just putting together a 4 axis cnc with the 4th axis being a lathe type.
its only going to cut light weight foam,
Everything is set up , all axis work.
On trying a few tests im having some issues.
For Example. I made an STL file of a sphere 60mm dia.
on loading the code into Mach3 its shows as inverted. inside out and stretched in one direction.
oddly the milled part comes the right way but shorter than it should ?
Any ideas ?
attached is the toolpath as its displayed for my sphere?

If you attach your code and your xml I will take a look. Likely some of the rotational settings for the toolpath view.
