My milling machine is a 3 axis striaght point to point using one drive through clutches to position each axis. Using the same arrangement with Mach 3 what would I need to complete and how would I get feedback from each axis linear encoder for positioning using one drive and servo motor from Applied Motion or similar. Each of the axis are driven by Acme screws.
