Title: Announcing a new Tool Length Offset measuring device, the TLOsetter v2.1
Post by: CNCneeds on August 16, 2014, 07:47:50 AM
As a result of our continued efforts to offer a quality tool length offset measuring device at an affordable price, we are proud to announce our newest model, the TLOsetter v2.1.  This model continues to obtain a high degree of accuracy on the order of +/- .0009”.  If a higher degree of accuracy is needed The TLOsetter II should be used, obtaining an even tighter range of repeatability, typically +/- .

The TLOsetter v2.1 plugs directly into the Accessory DIN jack on the Control Panel and is available in both Active and Passive configurations so It can be used in conjunction with the Tormach® touch-off routine and the Tormach® Passive Probe.  No need to stop to reconfigure the mode, simply change on the fly from one device to the other!

Like our previous versions, data is entered automatically in the Tool Table eliminating the potential for human error.

The v2.1 works with all types and sizes of tools and can easily be positioned anywhere on the table.  Note, do not leave in place when using coolant.

Please note, our tool setters require Mach3 controller software.  We have several alternative connection methods for those with machines that do not have a DIN jack.

Now offered at an Introductory price of only $229 USD (including Priority shipping in the continental USA)
