Problems
spindle starts from m03 in program
m05 does not work to stop spindle
Spindle  button does not work in Mach3 till after run program once
then will turn on any time
Can not adjust Spindle speed with the S Command or any of the buttons in  Mach 3
VFD is a Rockwell Powerflex 4 FRN.xx model
P36 Start Source is 2 = 2 wire
P38 Speed Ref is 2 = 0-10 volt input
Constant 0.473 volts at the PMDX 107 Board 0-10volt out puts and at VFD Inputs Voltage never change
on the PMDX126 and 107 board set to work with no charge pump
Does not respond otherwise.
Run Test Function on PMDX 107 Spindle Board and Spindle runs at full and then 1/3 speed as it is suppose to
HAve 10 Volts on test and 3.31 at 1/3 speed
So The 107 board is hooked up right.

Originally had 2 parallel cards and never got it to work with them either
so Got a Smooth stepper Instead
Any Sugestions?

I now have 3.043.062 and everything started to work right away.
I Have been at this project on and off for a year
and feels good to finally see it come together and work
Thanks to all who have read and helped on this
