Hello,
testing a sample on using tangential control with Mach 3, I found that this control works fine with GCode G1 but not with GCode G2/G3. Is a program known that converts GCode G2/G3 to small G1 segments or alternatively a description with the mathematic context to write an own program ?
Thanks, Nobima

Just in general but most CAD / CAM programs have optional post processors to create either arcs or arc tangent curves in the toolpath.
If it's any help I have found that with arc generated circles, creating a lead-in with the same radius as the circle solves the problem as the cutter rotates to the correct direction before entering the work.

I am working with RhinoCAM, can you tell me the name of such a post-processor ?

Sorry, I don't use RhinoCAM so can't help on that one. Perhaps if you contact MecSoft they will be able to advise.
