Title: A Question.
Post by: Tweakie.CNC on June 27, 2014, 11:41:09 AM
Will Mach4 provide a square wave PWM output signal (similar to Mach3) or will that be up to the external motion controller to produce. ?

Thanks.

Each plug-in or device must supply its own outputs including PWM and charge pump outputs.

For a parallel port, it is the Darwin driver that will generate the signals.

I havent yet added that to Darwin, it can do a frequency, but I dont think I made it PWM as yet.. Ill have to look into that..
