Title: MPG want .0001 get .0004

hi i have been looking for info on mpg with pokeys and am lost. this is what i set up pokeys 56u rotary switches axis X,Y,Z, and A 1" .1" .01" .001" .0001" with MPG from CNC4PC. i am using the newest pokeys plug in i like it better than the old one. anyway i can jog ok with all but .0001 i get .0004 increments every click or every four clicks i have tried multiple configurations and read what i can find here has anybody had this problem and how can you solve it i want one to one i think i should be able to move in tenths the fly out screen shows this setting. also i don't want to redesign my sticker. if this cant be fixed what can be done or what are the limitations

What is your resolution? Could well be that 0.0004 is you minimum step size.

i don't know what you mean by resolution if you will explain where to look i will check

It is the distance per step, if for example your steps per unit were 2500 then that would mean your minimum step size would be 1/2500 = 0.0004units.

now i understand my steps per inch is 2500 so my step size is .0004 or 4 tenths that comes down to machine resolution so really i am set ok
