looks to me based on your description in one of your videos you have XYZBC axis you stated AB might be why, what your seeing doesn't match what you think should be happening or you just misspoke the axis labels.

Yip got the X and Y the wrong way and also the A and B ..hehehe the joys of learning! just paid for a course with caminstructor and also eaprentice so few hundred bucks well spent so I can get my head round what needs to be done..big jump from a 3 axis router table..ive done a job or 2 on a 4 axis ..but this is a whole different ball game...
