can anyone tel me what this dose and how it works im geting missed stepps i think

Your problem more likely Velocity and/or Acceleration is too high. 

Try lowering both 25% and see if your problem clears up.

The Pulse setting of 5us are pretty common.

what do the the settings 0/5 ajust why wil i ajust it i have it on 0 i cant find it in manual

That is the width, in microseconds, of the pulse signals that Mach3 outputs to step and direction drives.
